Pepper on a Balloon

Hello! Happy May Day!! Hope everyone's day is going well for this 1st day in May! Here in Tucson, AZ it is VERY WINDY!!!  Well I am back with another card using Pepper on a Balloon by CC Designs.  He is just soo darn cute.  This time I used glossy accents all over the balloon to give it a really shiny effect.
