Advice from a Mermaid....

Hello Crafty Friends!!! I made another Mermaid card for a Birthday again. I love mermaids and Monet the Mermaid by A Random Fan is one of my faves lately. The challenge over at A Random Fan's challenge blog  this week is Let's Polka Dot. My polka dot DP is Little Yellow Bicycle.

    Love the scene you created with that great cloud paper in the background and the little starfish peeking out of the waves... so cute! Fab coloring of that adorable mermaid too! :)
