Happy Mother's Day.....

Thank God it's FRIDAY!!!!!!!

I LOVE Friday's and I especially
Love 4 O'clock on a Friday!!! Because
that's when my 40 hr work week ends and I
can go have some fun.  I need to stop by Hobby
Lobby after work today as I have been working on
these Mother's Day cards and I have run out of Vellum!!!!
I am actually excited that I am getting a jump start on
the next upcoming holiday, Mother's Day!!!!  Now with no
holidays this month I can maybe get a little a head on some
Birthday card making too!  I won't hold my breath tho.....

for April last week and decided to play around with the stamp
set some.  I know Mother's Day is coming up so thought I
would get a jump on it and make something for it.  This is what I
came up with:

I softened the look by placing a die cut piece of vellum
over the front of my main panel.  Most of my Stampin' Up
stamp pads seem to be no good lately so I resorted to using
my Tim Holtz distress inks to ink this stamp set up.  I like
the end result and I hope the mom's I send these out to do too!!

I am entering my card into 5 challenges:
